Bring one workflow. Leave with a usable pack.

Start with the security exception or AI-assisted risk decision your team already needs to explain.

A deliverable you can review.

The pilot centers on one usable examination pack. Your team and the evidence recipient agree what question it must answer and what material is available.

The pack includes source records, verification instructions, a collection cutoff and missing evidence. Recorded facts stay separate from any generated interpretation. Imported history shows claimed event dates beside the dates Recourse received and sealed it. Absent policy text, approvals or corrections remain explicitly absent.

Bounded service work: mapping one workflow, connecting one integration, assembling its pack and running one mock examination. Extra workflows, extra integrations, broader migrations and ongoing managed services need a separate agreement.

Upload an export. Ask three real questions. Leave with a pack.

Proposed pilot walkthrough. Agree secure transfer and data handling before sharing records. Roadmap Hosted customer upload and automated pack assembly are not available in this preview.

  1. Upload an export.

Choose an authorized export from one workflow. Agree a secure transfer route, public versus private fields, collection dates and retention. Preserve the source's claimed event dates; importing history does not create an earlier seal.

  2. Ask three real questions.

    • Which decisions relied on this policy version?
    • Which similar situations had different outcomes?
    • Which exceptions lack required evidence?

Agree the exact population to examine and record what is missing. Roadmap The investigation workspace will support these questions; this preview does not run semantic retrieval. Semantic search cannot establish completeness.

  3. Leave with a pack.

Run one mock examination with the intended recipient. Inspect source records, dates, receipts, cutoff and gaps. Agree whether the resulting pack is usable against the written acceptance criteria.

Agree the boundaries first.

Pilot price is agreed separately. A five-place cohort is a proposed program, not a count of signed customers or reserved slots.

Measure time to first useful answer, reviewer time saved, retrieval misses found through exact checks and support hours. These are pilot evaluation measures, not promised results.

Verification and narrowly scoped review are free. Reviewers are never charged a seat. Producers pay for capture, workflows and packs. Roadmap Hosted scoped reviewer access.

This preview does not upload customer records, reserve a place, collect payment or submit contact details. Use the downloadable brief for scoping and the synthetic sample for review.

Start with evidence you can open.

Inspect the real local receipts and the missing-evidence section before scoping your own pack.
