  • Legal hold: freeze a person's records, and a hold always wins over an erasure request
  • Retention rules for every class of record, seven years by default
  • Price locked for 36 months, including the overage rate and the included volume, then renewals capped at 5% a year
  • Records you hold keep their seven years at your contracted price, even if you stop sending new ones

White-glove setup. The founder sets Enterprise up with you personally: SAML single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, data residency in the EU or the US, annual invoicing, purchase orders and marketplace private offers.

Pay for what you record.

A decision is one record you send, or one OpenTelemetry span you mark adr.decision=true. Spans you do not mark are dropped and never billed.

All amounts are USD. Enterprise is not priced on volume: 500,000 decisions a month on Team would cost $231. The difference buys seven-year retention, legal hold, unlimited examiner-ready bundles and the price lock.

No retroactive cover.

Each plan covers what you write while you are on it. Upgrading after an audit letter or an incident does not put earlier records under longer retention, legal hold or the signed declaration. Your auditor asks about last year, so the cover has to be in place last year.
